Fused silicaHigh thermal stability and low thermal expansion; suitable for demanding laser, UV, visible, and near-infrared window applications.
Single-crystal quartzAnisotropic crystal material for specialized optical windows requiring defined crystal orientation and crystal-specific birefringent behavior.
Undoped YAGMechanically robust, non-birefringent crystal material with high optical homogeneity and a high bulk damage threshold for demanding laser and high-temperature window applications.
Germanium (Ge)High-index infrared window material commonly used in IR systems operating in the approximately 2–12 µm range, including infrared imaging and sensing applications.
Zinc selenide (ZnSe)Infrared optical material with broad transmission, suitable for mid-infrared windows and CO₂ laser applications, including operation at 10.6 µm.
Optical-grade silicon (Si)Low-density infrared material with high thermal conductivity, suitable for selected 1.5–8 µm window applications; generally not used for transmissive CO₂ laser optics at 10.6 µm.
Calcium fluoride (CaF₂)Fluoride crystal with broad UV-to-infrared transmission, suitable for laser, UV, and infrared optical windows requiring wide spectral coverage.
Magnesium fluoride (MgF₂)Fluoride crystal with broad UV-to-infrared transmission and good mechanical durability, particularly suitable for short-wavelength and broadband optical window applications.
Barium fluoride (BaF₂)Fluoride crystal with broad transmission extending into the infrared, suitable for specialized optical windows requiring extended IR spectral coverage.
Lithium fluoride (LiF)Fluoride crystal with very broad spectral transmission, including VUV, UV, and selected infrared ranges, for specialized optical window applications.
Sapphire (single-crystal Al₂O₃)Extremely hard, chemically stable crystal material with good thermal conductivity, suitable for optical windows exposed to mechanically and environmentally demanding conditions.

Coating capabilities

Customer-specified coatings are available for selected wavelengths from 355 nm to 2.94 µm, as well as for selected IR ranges of 3–5 µm and 8–12 µm, and for CO₂ laser applications at 10.6 µm. Angles of incidence from 0° to 60° can be supported, depending on substrate, geometry, and optical performance requirements.
