Laser Optics & Components
Mirrors for laser resonators, beam control, and wavelength-selective optics, with substrate geometry and reflection and transmission requirements defined for the optical system.

Our manufacturing scope covers optical mirrors for laser, resonator, and infrared applications, with substrate geometry and coating performance specified to the requirements of the optical system.
Additional substrate materials and mirror configurations are available on request, subject to manufacturing feasibility and the requirements defined in the customer drawing or technical specification.
For optical systems requiring flat reflective surfaces or defined wedge geometries.
For resonator, focusing, and beam-control applications requiring defined curvature or non-spherical surface geometry.
For laser cavities requiring defined reflectance, transmittance, and output-coupling characteristics.
For wavelength-selective reflection and transmission in laser and multi-wavelength optical systems.
Custom optical mirrors for non-standard geometries, dimensions, substrates, and coating requirements.
| Material | Characteristics |
|---|---|
| BK7 | Cost-effective optical substrate for general-purpose and custom precision mirrors, particularly for visible and near-infrared applications. |
| Fused silica | Low-expansion, thermally stable substrate for precision mirrors, laser mirrors, and coated optics from the UV to the near-infrared. |
| Zinc selenide (ZnSe) | Infrared optical substrate used for selected IR and CO₂ laser mirror applications, including operation around 10.6 µm. |
| Germanium (Ge) | High-index infrared material for selected coated mirror applications in mid- and long-wave infrared systems. |
| Optical-grade silicon (Si) | Lightweight infrared mirror substrate with high thermal conductivity, widely used for CO₂ laser and other thermally demanding reflective optics. |
| Calcium fluoride (CaF₂) | Fluoride crystal substrate used for selected UV and excimer-laser mirror applications, particularly where a fluoride-based substrate is required for short-wavelength laser systems. |
| Magnesium fluoride (MgF₂) | Durable fluoride crystal substrate used for selected UV and high-energy laser mirror applications, with good resistance to mechanical and thermal shock. |
Customer-specified coatings are available for selected wavelengths from 355 nm to 2.94 µm, as well as for selected IR ranges of 3–5 µm and 8–12 µm, and for CO₂ laser applications at 10.6 µm. Angles of incidence from 0° to 60° can be supported, depending on substrate, geometry, and optical performance requirements.
